1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and baj9 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the baj9 website located at https://baj9.app, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and support functions made available through that domain.

By accessing the baj9 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the baj9 platform.

baj9 operates as an international online gaming platform. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is legal in their jurisdiction. The availability of the baj9 website in a particular location does not constitute an offer or invitation to persons in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited or regulated in a manner that makes access unlawful.

baj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept amended terms must close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. The version published at https://baj9.app/terms-conditions at any given time is the current operative version. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the baj9 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are aged 18 years or older. baj9 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee of baj9 or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or game-supply partners.
• You have not previously had a baj9 account terminated for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations without first completing the enhanced due diligence process required by baj9.

baj9 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under the age of 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification. During this suspension period, no gameplay, deposits, or withdrawals will be permitted. If verification confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all gameplay will be reversed, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Parents and guardians are reminded to take appropriate steps to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites, including the use of parental control software. baj9 recommends the use of filtering tools that can restrict access to gambling content on shared or family devices.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting features on baj9, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the baj9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, and winnings in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your account profile is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including using another person's identity — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential legal action. baj9 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. baj9 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must notify baj9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. baj9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or failed to report the breach promptly.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

baj9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures on all accounts. Verification documents typically required include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing matching name)

baj9 may request additional documents at its discretion as part of enhanced due diligence. All documents must be submitted in a legible format. Verified documents are stored and processed in accordance with the baj9 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

baj9 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player accounts at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

baj9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Local Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer restrictions)

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of available methods is always displayed in the baj9 cashier section after login.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players may set personal deposit limits from within their account settings as part of baj9's responsible gaming tools — see the Responsible Gaming page for details.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the baj9 finance team within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the baj9 account holder.

4.4 Failed Transactions

baj9 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposits or withdrawals caused by the player's payment service provider, network outages, or incorrect payment details provided by the player. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from the player's wallet or bank account but not credited to the baj9 account, the player must contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number and a screenshot of the debit confirmation. baj9 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed transactions within three (3) business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

baj9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general rules, the specific offer terms prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the player must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly in each offer's terms. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage as specified per offer.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual offer terms. If a player does not complete the required wagering within the expiry period, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

baj9 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer multiple times using different accounts; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or social bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, baj9 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

baj9 runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL and IPL cricket season offers, Eid reload bonuses, and Pohela Boishakh special events. All such offers are time-limited and subject to their own terms. baj9 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any future time.

6. User Obligations

As a condition of using the baj9 platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your account's active status:

• You will provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated.
• You will use the baj9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only and will not use it as a tool for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You will not allow any third party to access or use your baj9 account on your behalf.
• You will gamble responsibly and make use of baj9's responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and will not use the platform if such use is illegal where you reside.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, geolocation, age verification, or anti-fraud system on the platform.
• You will maintain only one registered account at any given time.
• You will not use VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You will promptly respond to any verification or compliance request from the baj9 team within the stated timeframe.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one registered baj9 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity, falsified documents, or fabricated personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated betting software to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the platform's software or game content. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an acknowledged error will be voided and the account reviewed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider for a deposit that has been genuinely credited to the baj9 account and used for gameplay. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and reported accordingly.
• Money laundering: Using the baj9 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial crime operation.
• Threatening or abusive conduct: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward baj9 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Either the player or baj9 may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players wishing to close their baj9 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by submitting a request to [email protected]. The player must specify whether the closure is temporary (a cooling-off period) or permanent (self-exclusion). Any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days of account closure. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless the player has already met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure.

8.2 baj9-Initiated Termination

baj9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
• Engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login for a consecutive period of 12 months)

In cases of termination due to a player's breach of these terms, baj9 reserves the right to withhold bonus balances, bonus winnings, and winnings derived from play during the period of the breach, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Real-money deposits not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. baj9 will notify the registered email address before any balance adjustment is made to an inactive account. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.4 Disputes and Complaints

In the event of a dispute regarding any decision made by baj9 — including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or bet settlement — the player should contact the support team at [email protected] within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. baj9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business hours during BST operational hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. All decisions made by baj9 following a thorough internal investigation are final and binding, subject to any applicable legal rights the player may hold in their jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and baj9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
